These Terms and Conditions intend to inform you, the user or customer, about the information we gather about you, how to use and share that information and how we protect the information. This policy is applicable to all information collected at our website.
Further, we, at Aquilaria Clubhouse assume all your interactions with us, through the website, as your consent to the use of information that we collect or you submit with us. This Policy is subject to change or periodic review or updates and we are not legally bound to inform any user or customer about the same.
Aquilaria Clubhouse is committed to safeguarding your privacy in all matters where you provide us with your personal information. We are very strict with the use of personal and sensitive information provided by our customers and always strive to maintain their safety and security in the best way possible.
In regard to personal data and information of users and customers, our policy states thus-
- We keep full privacy and secrecy of the personal information and details shared with us by our customers or users, and never use them in unlawful or unethical manner.
- We may however use the information, shared through form fill ups, for building relationships with the customers.
- We may collect addition information for giving feedback to customers to make their experience with Aquilaria Clubhouse more pleasant and better.
- We don’t ever share, sell or trade with 3rd parties your personal information collected either through the website or during your visit at our store.
- We may also email you news, product offers or any other thing that may interest you, to enhance your experience with us in near future.
- We may contact you, from time to time, by post, phone, email or fax to convey you about some offers or new addition or anything that we think can add value to your experience with Aquilaria Clubhouse.
- We also use data for marketing and strategic development purposes and for that, we can use your data with or without your consent.
Aquilaria Clubhouse reserves its right to cancel or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediately effect upon the publication thereof.
- Member’s guests will be allowed to avail health club facilities – Gym, Jacuzzi and Steam @ INR 200/ Day
- The membership amount is non-refundable for any reason stated to the management by the members.
- Rules and Regulations of health club facilities – Gym, Jacuzzi and Steam are subjected to change without prior notice.
- Management will not be responsible for any injury to the members due to any mishap/accidents within the premises of the health club facilities – Gym, Jacuzzi and Steam. Management will not entertain any claims in this respect.
- Before using health club facilities – Gym, Jacuzzi and Steam, please seek medical advice from your doctor.
- No pets are allowed in the club premises.
- Management will not be responsible for the safety of valuables and belongings. Members are advised not to bring valuables to the health club facilities – Gym, Jacuzzi and Steam
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission to the fitness centre and its facilities.
- No transfer of the membership will be honoured.
- Individual memberships are only permitted above 18 years of age.
- Member’s Kids below 18 years can avail Jacuzzi and Steam Facility in presence of parents.
- Guests are requested to shower before entering the jacuzzi and steam.
- Guests suffering from any contagious diseases are requested not to use Jacuzzi and Steam.
- Kindly refrain from unhygienic activities while using Jacuzzi and Steam.
- Guests are requested not to use the Jacuzzi and Steam while under the influence of Alcohol.
- Food and snacks are not allowed in the Jacuzzi and Steam Premises.
- While reasonable safety precautions have been taken in relation to the use of Jacuzzi and Steam, please note that you use the facilities at your own risk. Neither the company nor its employee shall be liable for any loss, death or personal injury of an individual. All users are advised to seek medical consultation and clearance certificate before using the Jacuzzi and Steam.
- Only non-marking running athletic shoes are permitted the gym floor. Outside shoes, Jeans and Slippers are not allowed in the gym. No one is allowed to exercise bare-foot. Remove your shoes while using yoga mat.
- All gym users are requested to comply with the instructions given by the gym-instructor.
- Gym users are restricted from talking loudly or indulging in noisy activities that may annoy or distract other users (e.g. Dropping weights forcefully) or any other form of conduct that is deemed inappropriate by the management and gym staff.
- All gym users must observe the instructions and safety precautions pertaining to the use of particular exercise equipment.
- Guests are requested not to use the gym while under the influence of alcohol.
- Children below 16 years are not allowed to use gym facilities.
- Only water and sports bottle can be brought into the exercise area. All other fluids shall be consumed in the changing room. No personal exercise equipment is allowed in the gym. Regarding any doubt, check with the staff on duty. Gym users will be held responsible for the safe keeping of their personal belongings like mobile phone, MP3 players, etc. Gym users will be held responsible for any damage of equipment caused by themselves.
- All gym users are required to surrender their membership card at the reception in exchange for the use of locker to keep their belongings.
- While reasonable safety precautions have been taken in relation to the use of gym, please note that you use the gym facilities and equipment at your own risk. Neither the company nor its employees shall be liable for any loss, death or personal injury of an individual. All gym users are advised to seek medical consultation and clearance before starting any exercise programs.
- If it is to consider that the member has carried out gross violation of the rules and regulations the management may temporarily suspend or terminate the membership.Incase of termination of membership the fee will not be refunded.
- Members are required to follow other rules and regulations as framed by the Club Management from time to time.
- Smoking including e-cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere on health club premises.
- You will not use foul, loud or abusive language.
- You will not physically/ sexually/ verbally abuse other members, guests, visitors, tenants or members of staff.
- You will be liable for any damage caused by yourself.
